Hey! My name is Alex and I am the founder of ARPerformance. 

I have been coaching for 7 years, helping 100's of people master their Weightlifting Technique, learn new Gymnastics skills and improve their Fitness. 

I aim to help as many people get stronger and enjoy their Fitness Journey without having to struggle with the high- skill movements.
